Kat Spellman
With strategic contacts and media connections across the country, Kat has been a key player in the promotion of many major specialty food and beverage, hospitality and consumer companies. She's come a long way since her early days in-house at Starbucks when she helped develop the media and public relations department, with the company opening over 500 stores, releasing its very first music CD, and producing a co-branded beverage with Redhook Brewery in the years she was on the team.
Today, Kat brings her experience to clients in the lifestyle category encompassing food and beverage, fashion, spa and the retail industries. And, depending on what day you catch her- Kat is also an unofficial foodie who enjoys gardening and home renovation with her husband and two sons.
Kat is formally trained as a writer, with an English degree from Seattle University.
